Every window gets the same treatment: glass, frame and sill, not just the pane. Ground floor windows are done by hand where that gives the better finish, upper floors with a pure water fed pole system so nothing is missed and nothing is left streaked.
Customers can go on a regular round, fortnightly or monthly, or book a one-off clean if the windows have been left a while. Either way the same care goes in, and areas that are easy to skip past get checked before I leave.

Blocked gutters overflow, and that water ends up running down the wall or pooling at the base of the house, which is where the damage starts. Clearing them out properly means going along the whole run, not just the visible bits, and checking the downpipes are running clear too.
Most guttering is reached with a high-reach vacuum system, so there's no need for ladders against the house. All the debris that comes out is bagged and taken away rather than left on the ground below.

Fascias and soffits sit right at the roofline where algae and general dirt build up gradually, usually without anyone noticing until the staining is well established and the white plastic has gone grey or green.
Cleaning is done with a high-reach system so ladders aren't needed against the guttering, working along the fascia boards and underneath the soffits until the staining lifts. It's often done alongside a gutter clean since the access is the same.
