Question 1

How does the process work?

Accepted Answer

We start with a free estimate, coming out to look at your pool or remodel project and talk through what it needs. From there we give you a clear price before any work begins, then carry out the job and make sure you're happy with the result.

Question 2

Do you give fixed, upfront prices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every job, whether it's a pool repair, equipment installation or a kitchen or bath remodel, is quoted individually after we've seen the work involved, so you know the price before we start.

Question 3

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Columbus GA Aqua Pros is a licensed and insured local company. We stand behind the quality of our work on every pool service, repair and remodeling project.

Question 4

How long does a pool repair or remodel take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the scope of the work. A routine cleaning or small repair can be same-day, while a full pool restoration or kitchen and bath remodel takes longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe as part of your estimate.

Question 5

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Accepted Answer

We're happy to discuss options for larger jobs like restorations or remodels during your estimate, so ask us directly about what can work for your project and budget.

Question 6

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Columbus, Georgia and serve the surrounding area, including Phenix City, Fort Moore, Midland, Upatoi, Cataula, Waverly Hall, Ellerslie and Fortson.
