I anticipated some delays co-ordinating with building management, but the HVAC technician was efficient and completed the maintenance within two hours, maintaining clear communication throughout. He also noticed a worn-out belt that had been missed during last year's check-up and replaced it on the spot.
This visit was more efficient than the previous one two years ago, as they dismantled the A/C system in under an hour and clearly explained the issues with the old components. The technician also took care to label parts for reassembly, which was not done last time.
The vent cleaning was necessary due to reduced airflow, and they completed the task in a thorough manner within an hour, removing a surprising amount of buildup. Compared to last year's service by another company, this one was more efficient and left no mess behind.
