Tree Trimming & Pruning in Canton
Deadwood, crossing limbs and overgrown branches cut back so trees stay healthy and clear of your house, roof and power lines.
What's included
- Deadwood and damaged limb removal
- Crown thinning and shaping
- Clearance from roofline and power lines
- Storm damage limb removal
- Debris hauled away or piled neatly
Trees get trimmed for a few reasons: deadwood that's a hazard, branches rubbing the roof or siding, limbs growing into power lines, or a tree that's just gotten overgrown and needs shaping back. I look at the whole tree before I start cutting, not just the branch you called about, so I'm not back out again in six months for the limb next to it.
I use the right saw for the size of the limb and climb or work from the ground depending on the tree. Once the cutting's done, the debris either goes in the truck or gets stacked in a neat pile if you want to keep the wood, and the yard gets a once-over before I leave.

Tree Removal in Canton
Dead, diseased or leaning trees taken down section by section, close to the house or in open yard, with the debris cleared.
What's included
- Full tree removal, any size
- Sectional takedown near structures
- Hazardous and storm-damaged trees
- Trunk cut and hauled or bucked for firewood
- Site cleaned of branches and debris
Removal is for trees that are dead, dying, diseased, or leaning in a direction that puts your house, fence or driveway at risk. If there's room, I can drop it in one piece; if it's close to a structure or another tree, it comes down in sections, cut and lowered a piece at a time.
Once the tree's on the ground, the trunk gets bucked up and hauled off or left as firewood if you want it, and the branches and debris get cleared so you're not left looking at a pile of brush. I'll also grind the stump if you want the area cleared completely.

Stump Grinding in Canton
Stumps ground down below grade so the area's ready for grass, mulch or new planting.
What's included
- Stump ground below soil level
- Large surface roots ground down
- Grindings left or hauled away
- Multiple stumps in one visit
- Area left level and ready to plant
An old stump left in the yard is a tripping hazard and gets in the way of mowing, landscaping or anything you want to plant in that spot. I grind it down below grade so there's nothing left to catch a mower blade or a foot, and grind out any surface roots that are causing the same problem.
The grindings can be left in place to fill the hole and settle, or hauled off if you'd rather have it cleared out completely. Either way, the goal is a flat, plantable spot where the stump used to be.

Tree Cabling & Bracing in Canton
Cables and braces installed in weak-forked or split-trunk trees to hold them together and stop a limb splitting off.
What's included
- Cable installation in weak forks
- Bracing rods for split trunks
- Support for storm-damaged limbs
- Inspection of load-bearing branches
- Hardware fitted without harming the tree
Some mature trees have a weak fork, a split starting in the trunk, or a heavy limb that's at risk of tearing away in a storm. Rather than remove a tree that's otherwise healthy, cabling and bracing gives it structural support so it can keep growing safely.
I install cable or bracing hardware at the point of weakness to take the load off the vulnerable spot, checking the rest of the crown for any other branches that need the same treatment while I'm up there.

Right-of-Way Clearing in Canton
Trees and brush cut back along property lines and utility right-of-ways so lines and access stay clear.
What's included
- Clearing along property boundaries
- Brush and undergrowth removal
- Clearance around utility lines
- Overgrown fence lines cut back
- Debris hauled or chipped on site
Right-of-way work is about keeping a strip of land clear, usually along a property line, a fence, or where utility lines run through. Brush and low growth get cleared out along with any trees that have grown into the space, so access stays open and lines stay clear.
This can be a one-time clearing job or a strip that needs cutting back every year or two before it grows in again. I clear it to the width you need and haul the debris or chip it on site.

Land Clearing in Canton
Trees, brush and undergrowth cleared from a lot or parcel to open it up for building, farming or new landscaping.
What's included
- Trees and brush removed from the lot
- Stump removal or grinding
- Undergrowth and small growth cleared
- Debris hauled off or chipped
- Small lots or larger parcels
Land clearing is for a lot or parcel that needs to be opened up, whether that's for a new build, a driveway, pasture, or just to reclaim a wooded section of your property. I clear the trees and brush, grind or remove the stumps, and haul off the debris.
Jobs range from clearing a small section behind a house to a larger parcel, and I'll walk the property with you first to talk through what's coming out and what, if anything, you want left standing.

How It Works
Three steps, no pressure
1
Call or message
Tell Kyle what's going on with the tree or the job you need done. He'll ask enough questions to know whether he needs to come out and look at it first.
2
Free estimate
Kyle comes out, looks at the tree or the site, and gives you a straight, no-obligation price before anything gets cut.
3
The work
The crew shows up on time, does the job, and cleans up after, hauling debris away or leaving it stacked neatly, whichever you'd rather have.
