About Sealed Solution

I'm Matt. I run Sealed Solution on my own, working crawl spaces in and around Raleigh and Clayton. I don't do general contracting or roofing or anything else, crawl spaces are the whole business, so it's what I spend my time getting right.

Every job starts underneath the house, not on a form. I go in, look at the wood, the insulation, the existing vapor barrier, whatever's there, and work out what's actually causing the problem before I recommend anything. If a homeowner wants to handle part of it themselves, I'll say so and show them how, rather than pushing a bigger job than the space needs.

A lot of what I do is for people who've just bought an older home and inherited a crawl space they know nothing about. I'd rather spend the time explaining what's going on down there than have someone sign off on work without understanding why it's needed.
