Question 1

What's the process for getting my crawl space fixed?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a free, thorough inspection so I can identify the actual cause of any moisture or damp issue. I then walk you through the options with a clear, no-pressure breakdown before any work begins.

Question 2

How much does crawl space waterproofing cost?

Accepted Answer

Every job is different, so I quote after seeing the space in person. You'll get a clear written breakdown of what's needed and why, with no surprise charges.

Question 3

Are you insured and is the work guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I'm fully insured and stand behind the quality of my work. I'm also happy to come back and review work if you've done any of it yourself.

Question 4

How long does a typical encapsulation or waterproofing job take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size and condition of the crawl space, but I'll give you a realistic timeframe as part of your written quote after the inspection.

Question 5

How do I know what's really causing the problem?

Accepted Answer

That's the point of the inspection. I don't just look at the symptoms, I trace the moisture back to its source so the fix actually solves the problem instead of masking it.

Question 6

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

I serve Raleigh, Clayton and the surrounding Wake and Johnston County area, including Garner, Cary, Apex and Knightdale.
